The processor integrated UHD730 itself features a display engine that provides the following signal interfaces:
HDMI 2.0 TMDS = 4K @ 60 Hz
DisplayPort 1.4a HBR3 = 8K @ 60 Hz
The information for the DisplayPort (and so USB-C) means a bandwidth of 32 Gbps without Display Stream Compression (DSC). This means that 1440p @ 240 Hz RGB 8-bit can be transmitted with 98% bandwidth need. Whether this is actually available to you depends largely on the hardware of the motherboard on which the processor is installed. If you specify the motherboard model or the laptop model, it may be possible to say this more precisely.

Dell Latitude 3440 Setup and Specifications
This port can provide you with the DisplayPort 1.4a HBR3 protocol if you connect a monitor directly with such a cable:
- Zeskit MAYA 8K Bi-Directional USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable
- Club 3D USB Type C Cable to DP 1.4 (CAC-1557)
- Cable Matters USB-C to DisplayPort Cable - 8K Ready (201036)
- Cable Matters Premium Braided USB C to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable (201336)
Please note that if you use an USB-C docking station (or a monitor with integrated USB-C hub function), the available video bandwidth may be halved, as the USB protocol then also runs over the same cable. See this.

The display engine of the UHD730 can output high resolutions and refresh rates to watch high-resolution videos and carry out everyday activities on large monitors without straining your eyes.
However, you shouldn't expect miracles from the rendering performance of the graphics overall. Gaming is only covered in the entry-level segment for low levels of detail in undemanding games. It is not suitable for 1440p gaming.
