I have an Acer Aspire ES1-511-C723 and my advanced display settings says Intel HD Graphics and thats it but the intel system identification utility says Intel HD Graphics 4600. Is this correct??
P.S I also used PHDGD virtual vram tool which "fakes" how much video memory you have. Dont know if that would affect that...

This is your processor: http://ark.intel.com/products/81071/Intel-Celeron-Processor-N2830-1M-Cache-up-to-2_41-GHz Intel® Celeron® Processor N2830 (1M Cache, up to 2.41 GHz) Specifications
According to the info provided, you have Intel HD Graphics, not Intel HD Graphics 4600. The tool reporting that needs work.
You can find the latest drivers here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/intel-hd-graphics-for-intel-celeron-processors.html Intel® HD Graphics for Intel® Celeron® Processors
Unless your bios allows you the change DEDICATED video memory (DVM), you cannot. However, you may be able to change SYSTEM video memory (SVM). Read post # 2 here:
Registry changes are at your own risk.
Regarding the tool you mentioned, I avoid 3rd party tools like the plague.
