Hi keepcreepin,
Thank you for posting in our Community. I appreciate you letting us know that you’ve already attempted to remove and reinstall the drivers. To help me investigate this further and determine the best next steps, may I kindly ask for a few additional details:
- Could you please confirm the exact Intel Arc graphics driver version you attempted to install?
- What is the Windows version and build number currently installed on your HP ZBook Power 16 G11?
- Does the system also have a discrete GPU installed, and if so, which model?
- Are you installing the driver downloaded from Intel’s website or from HP’s support page?
- Does the VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE occur during the installation process or after the system restarts?
- Have you tried installing the driver while the system is in Safe Mode, or with automatic driver updates temporarily disabled?
Additionally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello keepcreepin,
Thank you for your patience while I continue reviewing this issue. To help me proceed with the next level of analysis, could you please confirm whether you have already attempted a manual driver installation via Device Manager using the .INF file, or if the driver was installed using the standard installer package?
This detail will help me determine the most appropriate next steps for further troubleshooting.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Von M.
