The latest driver we have for the Intel® HD 4000 can be found here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25313/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-3rd-Gen-BYT- Download Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows® 7*, 8.1*, 10 (3rd Gen & BYT)

Right now we don't have information when a new driver will be release but I would recommend checking the downloadcenter.intel.com for newer versions at any moment.
