Where can I find the intel hd graphics and media control panel?

everybody on youtube says you need to go there but the only thing I get if I press the button, I get the Intel hd graphics control panel. And I can't edit some performance there. What do I need to do!?

Hi TG_Officials,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems but let me help you.

The Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel provides the user the option to change the settings such as resolution and colors but to increase the performance you need to access in the BIOS and change it from there.

However, over clocking the settings is not supported by Intel® and there you may need to search in the web how to do it.
