Where is the Intel Graphics Driver Control Panel?

I am a Korean user.

I was able to open the graphics driver by right-clicking, but I could not confirm anything.

The information I got from the Intel home page says that I could open the graphics driver with Ctrl + Alt + F12, but nothing happened to me and it did not help at all.

What I want to get is the control panel screen as shown above. How do I solve this problem?

For your reference, I have been constantly updating the graphics driver.

Download and run this utility, and attach the results.

Then, one of the Intel support engineers will be able to assist you.
