Did you make the screenshots at the same time?
Upper one reads build 4308 installed, lower one build 4444 - that shouldnt happen.
Build 4501 is obviously the newest one, check the release notes if it suites you: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26228/eng/ReleaseNotes_4501.pdf https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26228/eng/ReleaseNotes_4501.pdf
I recommend to create a https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/e6bbddb0-9db4-4d88-9063-42c52c79a96e/create-a-system-restore-point "system restore point" before installation, me and other users experienced a black screen after installation.

Hello Dedzigs,
In regard to your concern on the "Release Notes" for the .4501 driver it confirms that Cherry Trail it Atom CPUs it is supported:
https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26228/eng/ReleaseNotes_4501.pdf Release Notes Intel® Graphics Driver PV 15.40.28.4501 32bit & 64bit (Page # 2)
Also, Intel® Driver Update Utility will show you all the generic Intel drivers, and your manufacturer(OEM) drivers. The most recommended it is to install the latest OEM drivers, but the latest graphic driver that I have provided to you will be helpful too.
Hope I can hear from you soon.
Regards,
Angie
