Ok. So before i made any registry edits if I did anything related to gaming my screen would go white, but if it was media such as youtube or twitch it would go black.
Not like heavy gaming like a small GMod server to take a break from work, ect.
When ever I try TdrDelay (8) or TdrLevel (0) it gives me the error "application blocked from accessing graphics hardware" in the bottom right hand corner.

Did you try newer graphics drivers? Build 4501 is the latest official for your rig.

None seem to be working.
So I attempted with the updater and it said no new drivers available.

When you say "None seem to be working." do you mean installation fails or that issues persist after installation?

I Just emailed HP cause it says contact manufacture for drivers. So I feel like I'm screwed.

Hello Vespei,
Is this a new system or the computer was working fine and then failed? Have you tried contacting HP for troubleshooting and if the unit is still under warranty they might be able to replace it.
Perhaps you can try uninstalling the driver and then reinstall it manually.
