Why Intel Arc (and older) drivers control UI interface NEEDS to be so UGLY?

I'm concerned user and can't stand it. Just can't.

Intel Arc is great itself, but it's tools for Windows 11 is AFWUL.

Look how elegant AMD driver tools/control panel for Radeon is. Can't you just copy great UI/UX patterns here? Oh, your tools team knows what UI and UX patterns are. Right? RIGHT?

Why Intel ARC control panel is SO FULLSCREEN BIG? Why it has so big checkboxes, why it's controls layout are so badly placed? Why handling anything there is so misleading?

Why design of all controls is so ugly, just like from Windows 3.11 era?

Have some TASTE, it gives VERY BAD first impression of Intel's software overall. Any UX beginner could develop better UI design in a week for sure. I know from 30 years of my own experience of many successful tools apps.

Your Intel ARC tools team is just UNABLE to create proper UI design and maybe should be replaced with UX and UI design experts, because Intel ARC impression from software side is so bad. I didn't like previous generation Intel graphics control panel tools, but now with ARC is just another step in wrong direction. It's a lot WORSE. I feel shame for you, Intel.
