Why cant I access Custom resolutions in latest HD driver? (The old driver could!)

Hi, I have installed the latest HD 4600 driver (10.18.14.4222) and cant access custom resolutions. On my hardware platform (of which I have hundreds) the old driver (10.18.10.3496) could create 1366x768 60Hz. The customModeApp exe has been removed in the new version so I cant create any custom resolutions. Can anyone please help solve this?
