I have tried multiple fixes and have updated all graphics drivers using the intel drive update utility and I still get this error at least twice a day.
I have a brand new ASUS Zenbook UX303UB running Windows 10. I have taken it out of the box and done tons of updates, but otherwise it's brand new. I tried updating the drivers from ASUS's website and still had the issue. Then I tried updating all drivers from Intel's website and I still have the issue.
Please advise, I am desperate.

I encountered the same issue, but was able to fix it this way:
- Right click your desktop and click on "Graphics Properties..."
- Once the window opens up, click on "3D"
- Under the section labeled "Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing," select the option "Turn Off"
That should fix that issue. If that single setting does not fix it, also set "Application Optimal Mode" to "Disable" and "Multi-Sample Anti-Aliasing" to "Turn Off," as I have done on my own laptop.
Let me know if that fixes your issue.

I didn't work at all. Did you fix yours by turning those options off?

Please try some of the recommendations on this website:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005482.html Errors Reported By Microsoft for Graphics Drivers
If the Beta driver does not work in your systems then you will need to get the driver from your system manufacturer because your PC will not support our generic driver.
Intel provides generic versions of drivers for general purposes. Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to your driver. Intel recommends you contact your computer manufacturer for the latest system specific updates and technical support information.
automat for the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 try downloading the driver from the following link:

I can't install that beta driver, it doesn't support Windows 7 as it gives an error that my system is not supported. I have already tried my manufacturer's drivers.
This is a thread I made:
Can you confirm if the engineers are aware of the issue and if my system (Windows 7) will be supported by any form of beta driver?

Yeah I've been getting the same thing daily since I cranked my new machine up about two months ago. I've got windows 10 with HD Graphics 530 and it mostly happens with my browser. I use firefox and basically, when I scroll down web pages, often the browser goes black and the same message you're getting pops up. The browser screen stays black unless I minimise and restore it, at which point seems to work again. I just went into device manager and updated to the latest driver so I'll monitor it for a while and see if that improves the situation.

I'm also having the same error pop up when I'm scrolling on browsers(i.e. Microsoft Edge) on my Dell Inspiron 15.
I unistalled the adapter, and re-installed it but not sure if it worked fully.
I attached my report and just want to see if there are any other solutions that might work if my quick fix doesn't last.
Thank you.

Hey Ivanu_intel,
It seems that the beta download you recommended me doesn't seem to work for my laptop unit, as Dell uses a customized version of the driver to run the laptop graphics. Do you know of any other fixes as ive tried this multiple times. Even as far as rolling back my driver updates to install this and it still won't work.
I should also add that I have a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX960 gpu installed on the device also.
Anymore info will help as I still get the same problem with no solution.

The Beta driver supports Windows 7 as you can see it on the download options, if the driver cannot be install most likely you have a customized driver and you will need to get the driver and support from your system manufacturer website, at this point I suggest to have your system up to date as follow some troubleshooting steps at the website I posted above.

Well, it's been a few days now since I went into device manager and selected- Dsiplay Adapters - HD Graphics 530, and then - update, and I haven't had any further crashing so far. It installed driver version 20.19.15.4360
Hopefully that has fixed the issue now.
