As the other two competitors AMD and Nvidia 's products can easily install graphic drivers and perform well on windows server series platform years ago, your intel graphic cards can't make it work (include Integrated ones), isn't it humor?
Since your graphic cards (both discreted and integrated) all outperformed in video encode and decode side, why don't you focus on server platform? Especially more and more people start to build their own workstation, video process becomes an important part of work to do. When the competitors castrated the encoder and decode module, you just stand by!
No offense, in gaming performance and AI field, your intel card need years to catch up (even second cards of AMD or Nvidia's is more attractive than yours, cheapful and useable), but maybe a little more effort in driver for server platform, you can get a blue sea!
Hope your team (both decision and R&D) can rethink it.

Hello liberity,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
We highly appreciate your feedback and suggestions in getting our Intel graphic cards to support the Windows Server Series platform. Do you have a specific integrated or discrete Intel® Graphics in mind that we can consider?
I will be waiting for your reply.
Best regards,

Hello JeanetteC,
Thank u for your reply.
Because i only have an intel i3-12300t (it's integrated graphic card is UHD 730) and an ASUS DG1 (offical name is Iris Xe MAX, a discrete graphic card) in my NAS like windows server for now, in personal i would prefer your team to solve the driver problems for those ones first. In objective, i think the priority to complete the Arc 300 and 700 series discrete graphic cards' s drivers should be the highest (that doesn't means the driver for integrated graphic card is not important).
The reason for that advise is, most people DIY their own PCs would balance the performance and price, the ones who care more about performance would have picked up a discrete graphic card and naturally will choose a KF cpu (without integrated graphic card) to save some money; the ones who care more about the price would choose a cpu with integrated graphic card usually don't have a need for video encode.
To be more percific, i think only two types of ordinary users will get involved into video encode and decode field, one is video creator (maybe a little team in a studio), the other is NAS like devices user. The same part of these people is having a need for their own workstation (maybe run windows server operation system) to deal with video and they all pay more attention to hardware's performance on video encode and decode aspect.
Like what i have typed in the previous letter, your intel graphic cards (both integrated and discrete) outperformed in this field. Additionally, i know intel has a technology which named "Deep Link" can coordinate the work of intel integrated and discrete graphic card, isn't it more suitable for use on server platform? If your graphic cards can fully release performance on server platform, after the balance of performance and price, users will choose intel discrete cards to build their own workstations. My condition, for example, if the driver problem can be solved, i will let my server to process the video transcoding mission (it usually takes a lot of time) and do other things on main pc without being affected.
In addition, people who buid their own server platform may use some old hardwares, so if the old ones are AMD cpu and motherboard or intel (K)F cpu, a driver for discreted graphic card can help a lot (of course not me, it's me). Since Arc 300 and 700 series offically still on sell, supports of multi-platform can be an important selling point.
Thank u for your time! Wish to hear some good news!
