Why my Integr.Video is INACTIVE?

Please look at the picture below:

CPU is I5-540M

My notebook computer is Thinkpad T410 2522.

Dedicated GRAPHIC is NVIDIA® Quadro® NVS3100M (512MB )

Now I want to use switch graphic function.

Is there any person know why my Integr.Video is INACTIVE?

And how to active Integr.Video?
