bad performance after updating drivers (Iris Pro 5200)

my device: MacBook Pro mid 2014 (for some reason it lacks discrete gpu)

 

i have a very bad performance after updating my graphics driver (to 2020/11/04 aka latest)

i tried removing them using DDU and then installing old/new ones, it didnt work.

i tried using performance mode, didnt work.

 

i've attached a gameplay video of my performance after updating with a monitoring overlay, it was running stable 60fps before, and now its worse, screen recording didnt affect it.
