bluestacks (clash of clans) black screen

i have recently downloaded bluestacks and there, if i run clash of clans, it displays me black screen with the sound of the game..

my computer info :

windows 7

intel(R) celeron(R) CPU 2.60Ghz

RAM 4GB (usefull 3,43GB)

32-bit, possibility for 64-bit

graphic card: intel(R) G41 Express chipest

graphic storage 1566MB

help please

Have already done this, it doesn't help.

actually, it doesn't do any change, exept the big number changed (sorry it's in my language):

You may try updating the system BIOS. For this step is better to contact the http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm system manufacturer for assistance.

If the issue persists I would suggest contacting the software developer. This seems to be a very common issue with this application regardless of the graphics controller being used.
