damage to the software (I think)

a while ago I installed supposed program that would increase the VRAM of the notebook. After I install this program I feel that the graphics area of it was damaged, not supporting some of the 3D applications that before the installation of this program ran without any problem. Is there any way to fix this?

Go back to a restore point, or do a windows reset, or do a fresh install of windows.  And do not install "supossed" program, as now you see the downside.
