I'm playing online games on my laptop with gpu driver mobile intel(r) 4 express chipset family and the fps was decent but then the had some issues so I clean reformat it and reinstall windows. After reformatting my laptop I installed gpu driver mobile intel(r) 4 express chipset family again and kept experiencing this issue. I cant even play games anymore.

I tried to uninstall it and my gpu driver went back to mobile intel(r) 45 express chipset family(Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1). When I play moba games my fps is too low its so frustrating. Can someone please help me fix the issue Im having with mobile intel(r) 4 express chipset family gpu driver?

Hi Noctis,

Please bear in mind that the Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T6500 is end of interactive support.

Intel released new driver that fixes this issue with new graphics versions but if you have this issue, at this point your best support will be with your system manufacturer.

From my side I can suggest you to have Windows up to date and with the latest drivers from your computer manufacturer website.

Please refer to the information in this document for resolutions for this issue. http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009483.htm Graphics — Errors Reported By Microsoft*

You can also see more information here:

/thread/105995 https://communities.intel.com/thread/105995

ndra did you try the latest driver for you graphics version? You can download it here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=86210 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=86210

I suggest uninstalling the old driver first or if you already have this driver installed, trying uninstalling the driver and the reinstall it manually.

Of course that I did it (complete reinstall, new driver, old driver, intel driver, new W10....everythink) I am facing this problem for a long time. I tried everything, I also contacted dell but they do not know what to do...so I hope that you will have better ideas than dell but still I do not have good answer, everybody write the same... please read my posts.

Can you give me a contact to somebody who is responsible for drivers.... or please contact them.

It is not possible to fix it simpy by trying new drivers if nobody will fix the issue or even know about it!

Hello Noctis,

Thanks for your reply.

Please give it one more try to uninstall out Intel generic drivers manually. And then try to install the proper ones for your HP laptop, and also make sure to confirm that you have the latest BIOS update (available on the link with the downloads down bellow).
