drivers for MEI chipset

Hello,

I'm searching a driver for MEI chipset (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A44&SUBSYS_20E617AA&REV_07) that works with windows 10.

My computer is a Lenovo Thinkpad R400...

The ThinkPad R400 is not supported on Windows 10:
