Hello, I doubt this is the correct location to post this but I am having an issue with my 40-pin/eDp cable. The screen on my laptop blew and, after replacing it twice with the same screen dimming issue, myself and my local computer repair technician have come to the conclusion that the 40-pin cable went bad when the original screen fried.
Now, for the issue, I am having trouble figuring out which cable I need to purchase to fit an HM370 motherboard to a NV173FHM-N44 screen. As the manufacturer was zero help, I figured I'd reach out to the community that made the motherboard.

Absolutely the wrong place. Contact your laptop manufacturer for support. And, intel made the chipset, not the board.

At the very end, I said the manufacturer was zero help. And, as per Intel support rules, I came here to ask after all other avenues lead to zero results.

Well, then, you hit a dead end.
