error message This Pc Does Not Meet The Minimum Requirement

I keep getting this error message: "This pc does not meet the minimum requirement" when i try to install my intel graphic driver.

My cpu is the intel i5-4460.

The error message indicates you tried a driver for another operating system than that you have installed.

Get drivers from this list: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600 Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4600

Select your operating system from the right pulldown menu.

If you encounter an error message about validation, then install driver via "have disk method" as described at:

www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface

(ignore prolog about MS surface)

I did what u said. And now i have another error. It says that it doesn't support my windows vista version. But i got the windows 10.
