graphics driver

I have i5 6500 3.20 ghz processor on NEC and the intel graphics driver is not being shown on display adapter instead it shows aspeed driver which is for video display only so I need a graphics driver I tried installing the driver but it says its not compatible with my computer the driver downloader also did'nt download the intel hd graphics driver

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.   

 

The latest graphics drivers for your processor's graphics can be downloaded here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530  

 

However, some computers do not allow installing the Intel® generic driver, they will only support the system manufacturer (OEM) driver, OEM drivers are handpicked and include customized features and solutions to platform-specific issues. You should be using the OEM drivers instead.  

 

In order to better assist you, please provide the following: 

 

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:  

  • Open the application, check the "Everything" box, and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".   
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".   
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".   
  • Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).  

 

2. Provide a screenshot of the system where shows a "speed driver" instead as you mentioned. 

3. Provide a screenshot of the error message when trying to install the driver.   

4. When you say that you have an i5-6500 on NEC, can you explain what do you mean by that?
