hdmi on pavilion dv6 3150us doesn't work

hello,

doesn't matter how hard i tried, i can't make the computer to shown on TV with hdmi cable.

this laptop has intel hd graphics card.

core I5.

important notes:

i saw that the computer identify my hair TV (it added to list of displays with correct name (hair TV)).

when i start extended mode i can move the mouse or windows out of laptop screen (as if there is a second screen).

but i can't see any image in the tv.

what i did so far:

i go to hp site and downloaded every display and audio driver.

i search in the forums and all said its driver problem.

i check the same cable in same TV with other computer and it worked great so the TV and cable ok.

trying with other cables on same tv.

trying in a lot of tv's

(when i try with computer screen that has hdmi port it worked)

all the other computer worked with any tv and any cable.

i tried everything, extended display, duplicate display, just projector and nothing seem to work.

trying to update driver.

trying to install new drivers from hp site.

trying to install last driver from intel site.

trying to insall older drivers from intel site.

trying to update chipset drivers.

trying to update bios drivers (still can't see there any setting about hdmi).

trying to play with the refresh rates 29/30/59/60 Hz and screen resolution (tv and laptop displays).

trying to run win xp from hiren's boot cd.

thought of possible problems:

maybe it's have a connection with pal/ntsc problem?

(the computer is from US where using ntsc and the tv is from israel like europe using PAL.)

but as i know pal/ntsc is just from analog signals not for hdmi.

maybe it's somehow about refresh rates 50/60 Hz.

maybe it's about digital/analog hdmi protocls.

maybe it's about HDCP.

additional info:

I'm a programmer and computer repair technician so i know what i do.

but nothing.

I'm running win7 home premium.

please help me.

i must solve this.

if i can't solve it, it means i need to sell my computer and it's new computer.

and i add extra 200$ for warranty.

thx a lot.

Hi there!

I am not quite sure if you have tried different TV on same laptop computer. If you did, please try pasting the graphics report generated within graphics properties.

See below to pull graphics diagnostics report

Thanks

Allan.

Had any luck yet?? I'm pulling my hair out trying to solve a similar problem. All drivers are updated but still no detection on TV.
