help needed to remove malware which infected driver update utility

yes, i did post on this a short while ago, but it seems there's not much of a community here...

i see there's a new update utility available that's been patched, but that's not what i need--i need a way to remove those registry entries which don't exist--there are no such keys. i cannot be the only one with this problem.
