Being that the case, this should be a limitation by your computer manufacturer, you computer manufacturer may have alter the feature and incorporate modification to the driver and for that reasons some features may not be available, at this point I strongly recommend contact your computer manufacturer for further assistance as they are more familiar with your system and how all the components interact with each other.
