i want to know different between Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6881 (WHQL Certified) & Graphics Driver 32

can you help me please
i have Intel processor 12100 i useing vga processor Intel® UHD Graphics 730 i want to know which install Graphics Driver version (WHQL Certified) or without version (WHQL Certified)

The Intel UHD Graphics 730 on a 12th Gen Intel CPU uses the Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics driver.

The current WHQL version is 32.0.101.6881 per intel's Drivers & Software site.
