il driver video non risponde

molto spesso mi capita di vedere la schermata che dice che il driver video intel hd graphics ha smesso di funzionare da quando ho aggiornato a windows 10, ho una intel hd graphics 4600 con i driver alla versione 20.19.15.4300 e non capisco il motivo mi blocca le applicazioni e non riesco a fare più nulla, se qualcuno cortesemente mi potrebbe rispondere gliene sarei davvero grato perchè non so più cosa fare.

Does this issue still happen with the official graphics driver for HD 4600 version 4279?

This type of situation has been escalated already to our engineering team to see if they can review the driver because it has reported previously.
