I use ASROCK z270 gaming itx/ac mainboard and powerdvd17 play uhd through intel graphics 630,My television is LG c6p.When play start, powerdvd always show error 21001,hdcp initial error, play stop.I have tried every graphics driver.when use onboard DisplayPort ,works.I think it's incompatible issue graphics driver with my Lg television.
This mainboad's hdmi use mcdp 2800BC,which convert dp 1.2 to hdmi 2.0,alike intel NUC and some gigabyte mainboard.

Hello hn3w,
I understand you are getting error code 21001 when you use PowerDVD* software.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
Our graphics controller supports HDCP 2.2 content through HDMI*, DVI, and Displayport*. You can confirm that information in the following link pages 43-44 https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/7th-gen-core-family-desktop-s-processor-lines-datasheet-vol-1.pdf https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/7th-gen-core-family-desktop-s-processor-lines-datasheet-vol-1.pdf
I understand the issue does not happen if you use Displayport* connection. What type of video connection are you using when the issue happens?
Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
Regards,
Fred D.

I have this issue when I use onboad HDMI play uhd disc.Powerdvd always give error:21002,HDCP error.
I contact Cyberlink ,they have no idea about it.I think maybe mainboard HDMI port and intel's video driver not
compatible with my TV.

This driver is a HDMI firmware update which may help to fix this problem http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Utility/Others/HDMIFwUpgrader(v1.66).zip http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Utility/Others/HDMIFwUpgrader(v1.66).zip

Hello hn3w,
I am sorry to hear issue persists.
All that I can think of would be an issue with the HDMI chip on the motherboard itself. If the issue does not happen with Displayport* then the problem may not be related to the graphics controller.
What I can recommend is contacting ASRock* directly so they can check if they can reproduce the issue in their lab with the exact same motherboard model. This link will give you their contact information http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp

Hello hn3w,
Are you getting the exact same issue after installing the BIOS version ASRock* provided to you?
If the exact same issue happens after the BIOS update the best option would be checking if ASRock* can reproduce the issue in their lab. If ASRock* can reproduce the issue in their lab with the exact same motherboard model then they should be able to find root cause of the problem.

Hello hn3w,
We have tested our graphics driver on an Intel® NUC7i5BNH connected over HDMI to a LG-OLED55E6p TV with PowerDVD 17 Ultra, and it works fine.
Have you tried different HDMI cable? We recommend using HDMI 1.4 cable.
What version of PowerDVD 17 are you using?
Please also check in the BIOS of the motherboard if there is any Intel® SGX option you can enable.
Regards,
Fred D.
