intel HD 4400 constantly crashing on windows 10

So I game on a laptop that runs an intel I5 4210U with INtel HD 4400

doesn't matter what I'm doing whether it's watching a vid online or playing games,INTEL HD 4400 always crashes and I can't even update it because you apparently can't update the drivers because I'm on laptop

You can report your issue and get support there.  This forum is devoted to game developers working on Intel Graphics.
