intel HD graphics control panel

i am wondering can i change settings on intel control panel to do not show videos blured.when i start playing videos it is blured and after 5 10 secondes it gets clean himself.and my question is : which settings is best to set in intel control panel?i have sony vaio pro 13 windows 8.1

and also when i scroll page while it is loading i have terrible lag,after loads its scrols like hot knife in butter:) please advise me how to set best performance and clean visual.thanks

Hello Karlito,

The problem you are describing seems to be something related the vide player or the video quality but not the Intel® Graphics Control Panel.

I recommend you updating the graphics driver as first step. Here you can download the latest driver:

You can also try updating the player codecs or testing other video players.
