intel driver support assistant, i downloaded the software and it found me intel iris exe graphics video driver. I wanted to know if it is better to update it or not, however, the manufacturer of the pc is hp

Use the latest driver that HP provides.

Especially for laptops. As well, IMHO, you should not be using IDSA with any laptop.
