I understand you are looking for compatibility information to play Fifa 2015 under Intel® HD Graphics 3000.

At this stage, the list of tested and playable games for Intel® HD Graphics 3000 shows Fifa 2011 and Fifa 2012 as playable games, I am afraid; I do not have compatibility details for Fifa 2015.

It is very unlikely you have have a pleasant gaming experience with an integrated graphics chipset. I recommend going for a dedicated graphics card. Frame drops and low resolution are bound to happen.
