hi i have a laptop with intel core i5 3340m with intel hd graphics 4000 .when i enter in bios it seas tha video memory is 64mb and when i search on google it seas that the intel hd 4000 graphics should has 1gb of vram im using linux with 8gb of ram

You are cconfusing dedicated video memory with system video memory.

 

Nothing is wrong.
