intel hd graphics 3000 error

i have a problem when i try to install intel hd graphics 3000/2000 and the error called the computer does not meet minumum requirements for installing the software

my system information

os name : windows vista ultimate 32 bit

version :6.0.6002 service pack 2 build 6002

os manucfacture :microsoft corporation

system manucfacture :hp(hewlett-packard)

system modal :compaq presario CQ40 notebook pc

system type :X86-based PC

processor : Intel Pentium(R)Dual Core Cpu T4200

Display

display driver :Mobile Intel(R)4 series express chipset family (lol its an old driver thats why i need a new one)

adapter ram :797.48 MB
