i have intel Arc A750, i play with this and stream with UHD730, it was working fine, recently updated driver
Version:
32.0.101.8509
when i tried recording with AV1 it works fine but H264 Record and streaming,
gives encoder error, so i tried older version for UHD it worked fine but after restart it broke again and causing same error, so tried multiple install uninstall clean install and came to the conclusion that this version and latest
Version:
32.0.101.8531
this version also have this problem UHD 730 Encode error, but normal A750 H264 encode works fine,
so right now i am back to Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8425/32.0.101.8362 (WHQL Certified)
which is working fine, kindly fix this in next version or give me any sort of fix

Hi Hanadeus_TTV_YT,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:
- What streaming/recording software are you using?
- Any other troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
- Have you tried different H.264 encoding presets or quality settings to see if any work?
- What specific H.264 encoder settings were you using that worked before (bitrate, preset, profile)?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
- What's the exact error message you're getting when the UHD 730 H.264 encoding fails?
- Does the issue happen immediately when starting to record/stream, or after some time?
Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility. Also, please note that I can only provide support for one issue at a time, so let me know which concern you'd like to focus on first and we can work through it step by step.
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

current working drivers and if i update any one of them encode break on the latest version, i even tried updating and roll back them separate,
this is driver booster stores old drivers pretty good for roll back, because installer itself took like 20-30 minutes per install and roll back install clean install, litterly did that back and forth for 3 days straight and now using this current drivers and encoding works

Hi Hanadeus_TTV_YT,
I understand that you're currently using working drivers and that updating to the latest version breaks encoding functionality. I also commend the extensive testing you've done over, installing and rolling back drivers multiple times, which must have been quite time-consuming. I appreciate that you found a stable configuration using Driver Booster for rollbacks. However, may I ask you to try installing the latest graphics driver via DDU for a clean installation and let me know the results? This will help us determine if the encoding issue persists with the most current driver version.
Best regards,
Hero Yuki S.

i did updated new bios, but did not format the pc, so many work and so many documents will be lost,
i did try some softwares, streamlabs, prism live studio, but all of them based on OBS and obs64 file,
meld was working but quality was bad, and it is using cpu as encoder not using hardware encoder,
xspiltter broad caster is working fine with UHD 730 as encoder no problem,
my guess is what that obs was accessing in the old driver version not working with new driver version,
i did install old driver and now working fine,
so either you guys fix this driver error, or obs update their side and adjust what ever is happing and that is
i saw some post people who are using igpu and gpu at the same time having this issue, so it is intel driver side,
anyway i will keep on using the old version, and when ever new version releaed will try if same thing happen over and over,
best solution is get some New GPU which is not intel Arc, and not waste time and money
thank you for your help now you can close this...

Hi Hanadeus_TTV_YT,
Thank you for getting back to us. We understand your request to close the inquiry, and we also acknowledge your concern that the issue may be related to an Intel driver. However, since troubleshooting is not yet complete, it would be premature to confirm that this is definitively a driver‑related issue. Please rest assured that Intel continues to investigate and monitor similar issues.
That said, I will proceed with closing this inquiry as requested. Should you need further assistance or have additional questions in the future, please feel free to submit a new request. Kindly note that once this case is closed, this thread will no longer be monitored.
