mobile intel 965 graphics slowdown problems

When i am playing a game likem bf 1942, or even a flashgame, my pc slows down after just a few minutes of game played. I reinstalled windows already (from Vista to xp), and this still didn't worked. Both flash or bf 1942 are running very smooth at the beginning, but after some time it gets all choppy and the fps decreases to around 10/15 fps. This problem also occured with streaming video's. Anyone knows a fix or something?
