multiple monitors issues on intel corei5

please i neeed  help ......my hp pro book 4730s intel core i5 only displays 2 active monitors while 3 monitors are connected ...any possible help ......or is my pc not compatible for 3monitor displays .....note the 3rd screen was detected buy no displays.........one screen shutdown for the other....i ne dboth to run together

Your pro book screen counts as one monitor.

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with your laptop, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.


In order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

 

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center
