You are correct, if you have Intel graphics. This is due to the new DCH driver, and is functioning as required by Microsoft.

Look in the start menu under "Intel" for the GCC / GCP.

 

To clarify, provide your operating system, AND VERSION (like Windows 10, 1903), and your processor model number.
