What is the exact model number of your processor?

What is the version and build of your operating system?

Ok, but what version and build of Windows 10?

Is this a laptop or desktop?

Ok, that is still not the version and build, but we will work with it.

The drivers for your graphics can be found here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/97128/intel-core-i7-7700-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-20-ghz

if you are trying to install the DCH driver, you must remove ALL previous driver installations.

You can use my procedure here: https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00004Fm2ngSAB/how-to-install-the-dch-driver?language=en_US

If you are not trying to install the DCH driver, you might try installing the latest STANDARD driver using the manual method.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html

All of this is assuming you are not running any pre- release of Windows 10, and are on version 1809.
