Hello, after installation of Windows 10 and (again) Office 2013 Powerpoint opens, but shuts down at the first key input or mouse input.

Microsoft AND Intel detecting say "latest driver, OK no other driver". In Windows menu "Propertiens of Intel (R) HD Graphics there is an Information

"Das Gerät "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0102&SUBSYS_1497103C&REV_09\3&11583659&0&10" erfordert weitere Installationen." (this unit needs some more Installations)

Which installations, and where do i find?

You have a CPU (looks like Pentium G620) with 2nd gen Intel HD Graphics. No drivers available for that hardware for Windows 10 - http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034343.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034343.htm . Try to disable hardware acceleration in PowerPoint settings.

Hello, thank You very much for the hint. It seems to be the problem. Hardware acceleration was already disabled. Microsoft claims to have solved the problem with their driver, but I had 3 shutdowns in one week. It seems that I have to go back to windows 7. Anyhow, thank you agin.
