hi , firstly i would say i am no computer wizard, have a belarc advisor on my computer, and it is asking me to install q numbers for my unit, there are 9 in total, belarc informs me that 2 are critical 972363 and 973709, and the others are noted as important, i have recently installer the new version driver in relation to my processor -q963-965] and would like to know how else i could react to the other requests to the numbers , would this be a case of trying to install each number as a single item somehow or what, answers greatly appreciated

They seem like updates to windows and office, you should install all of these.

hi, you are right in saying that they are required updates, but when i go to MS web to do so the `q ` is not recognised ,but i might try to put them in as kb number, friend has done this and it seemed to do the trick, will let you know if ot works, again thanks for your interest

hi, i have just run all these q numbers as kb numbers and they all came up, but!! as i am running an 2002 xp version of office/excel and word the notification with the download will not detect the setup i have, saying it wont complete as there may be a`corrupt` database!! i have afeeling that , `BELARC, is seeing the version of windows that is built in to this pc, but it would not register or recognise the 25 number code when trying to do so, so i loaded on the version i had on my last pc, that could be the problem, all these numbers are relevant to security updates for office/excell/publisher and word for 2007! fun times!! thanks,
