"Intel HD Graphics 4600 Driver for Windows 8 has stopped working" on Windows 10?

I'm a bit curious about this message. I ran 3DMark and did some test. Every time the test end, the driver will stop working and this message appears: "Intel HD Graphics 4600 Driver for Windows 8 has stopped working ....". I'm using Windows 10 and the driver I installed was made for Windows 10 so why it appears this?

If your are working on Windows 10, I understand Intel is currently developing new graphics drivers that are addressing Windows 10 issues. Once they become available they will be posted at: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center

Any idea of a rough ETA on the updated drivers? This issue is currently causing me a lot of problems.
