Hello Wincek,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To help troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide the following information:
- Please check your Intel Arc graphics driver version in Device Manager or Intel Arc Control
- Are you only experiencing this issue with Battlefield 2042 or are there any other games affected?
- What graphics quality settings are you currently using in-game? Kindly share screenshot.
- Kindly share your monitor model, resolution, and refresh rate you're using.
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
