Hello User15776012725773863028,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to check better this behavior, could you please provide or confirm the following information?

1- Full name and exact versions of the games experiencing the issue?

2- Did the games work fine at some point before? If yes, was there any hardware, software or update change?

3- Are you using a straight-through connection (HDMI-to-HDMI) with a single cable?

4- Graphics report following the steps in the below link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848/graphics-drivers.html

5- DxDiag* report following the below steps:

5.1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

5.2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

5.3. Click on Save All Information.

5.4. Open the report.

5.5. Use the option "save all information" to save the .TXT file.

Note: To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.

I don't think playing games is the issue. Try to contact the support team of your laptop because GTA san andreas is fairly compatible with your laptop.

Have you attempted to update your drivers? I've had that issue in the past.

Cheers! 😊
