Hello @mhd,
Let's try installing the Intel® generic driver.
Please try uninstalling the graphics driver first and then reinstall it, please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html?wapkw=intel+display+audio Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver, once you uninstall this driver, restart your system, and then manually install the latest driver that Intel has released:
Please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
Download the graphics driver here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355
Once you install the driver, launch the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel, in desktop mode, right-click on the Desktop, and select Graphics Properties. You can select the proper resolution under the display option, also you can restore graphics defaults by pressing Ctrl – Alt –F8 on your keyboard when the graphics screen is open.
Best wishes,
Ivan

In this case, you computer manufacturer does not accept an Intel® generic driver, you will need to download the latest driver from your computer manufacturer, which is Lenovo.
You should be able to get it at the following link:

Being that the case, most likely you have a windows problem, a registry corruption because the driver from Lenovo is the proper driver for your system, and it should work without problems.
At this point, I suggest you to do a system restore and if the problem persists, try reinstalling the operating system on your computer.
