Hi sakurachen,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
For us to better understand the issue, could you please provide the needed details listed below:
- May I know if the game is working fine before?
- Are there changes on the system before you encounter this issue?
- What are the troubleshooting steps you performed to try and resolve the issue?
- What digital gaming platform you're playing Battlefield V?
- Can you provide us the game settings for Battlefield V, for us to replicate the issue on our end.
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Thank you very much for your reply. Below is the detailed information I’ve provided. First, the settings include enabling DX12 and ray tracing. Everything else seems irrelevant.
This is the Rotterdam map in Battlefield V, where it becomes apparent that all ray tracing effects are completely incorrect. All reflections display as white instead of the normal effects. Moreover, the reflections on glass are entirely incorrect, showing the sky instead.

It’s worth noting that AMD graphics cards also seem to have encountered this issue, but they fixed it through a driver update. However, Intel appears to have completely overlooked this problem.

Hi sakurachen,
Thank you for patiently waiting.
I appreciate your efforts on reporting this issue to us. To further investigate, can you provide the following information:
- Where did he download Battlefield V, and which digital distribution service you're using? This will help us replicate and download the game using the correct platform.
- Try downloading and installing the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6449_101.6256 WHQL Certified and check if there are any changes because the current driver version installed is 32.0.101.6299.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Thank you for your reply.
I downloaded this game on the EA platform.
My GPU driver version is Driver Version:"32.0.101.6299". You can see it in the file my.txt line 86.I am absolutely sure that changing any version of the driver will not work. The phenomenon is really, really easy to verify. Just download Battlefield 5, enable ray tracing, and you'll immediately see a mess of ray tracing effects. Please make sure to fix this bug.
