out of nowhere i suddenly have a black border surrounding my display in windows 10. I have a 4k toshiba tv connected directlyto my pc via displayport. it has worked perfectly without this issue until now. I have no graphics cards installed

- i can find no solution in display settings or advanced display settings despite toggling, fiddling and googling for an hour

- i can find no solution in the woeful intel command center, i cannot even see a 'maintain display scaling' option, only a 'maintain aspect ratio'. I cannot even set a custom option as it tells me that 'mode' is unavailable

- i have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers from you twice with no change. when i uninstall your driver my display fills the screen perfectly only to shrink aghain when i reinstall your driver

- I can find no solution using the options directly on my tv. It has preset zoom levels I can toggle  but the 'full' option i have always used reveals underscan and the next option zooms too much cutting off my taskbar

I have no idea what caused this, i cannot remember what i was doing when this started, but it was nothing extravagent just the usual mundane surfing and listening to music.

From the extensive googling i have now been doing for hours, everything points towards the cause being driver-related. in fact when i uninstall the driveer my display fills out the screen perfectly, so im guessing the solutiuon should be found here.

this is winding me up so any advice would me much appreciated and could save me from from throwing my tv out the window.

Look in your toshiba tv settings for video modes.   Change from natural to native (or vice versa).

Also, So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
