1- Please elaborate more regarding the inquiry/issue that you have? Is this regarding an issue with an app, game, performance, graphics or settings configuration?

2- If this is regarding a graphics problem, did the system work fine before? What is the exact problem? When did it start to happen? Was there any Windows*, Driver, Software update or hardware change when the problem started?


3- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.

To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.

我不知道是是咋回事,我自从买了这台电脑并安装上了十一代核显驱动之后就开始了,玩游戏的时候一开始是玩着卡住等一会才反应过来,然后就是卡住闪退,再然后就是卡住等反应过来就是游戏地图,贴图人物只有轮廓和白色,这是只有没安装显卡驱动才有的问题,
