Intel 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics-Windows update blocked by powershell.

2.90 Ghz core i5-10th gen DCH driver

Is this an important update? How to get around powershell without jumping through hoops? Thanks for any advice. I am a simple customer, not a graphics technician. Help.
