updating to open gl 3.3

trying to install topaz studio on dell laptop. topaz requires open gl3.3

my laptop has 3.1.1 ( i think)

cant find updates

here are specs

Indeed your Intel GPU is limited to OpenGL 3.1

However your GeForce GPU supports OpenGL 4.5

www.geforce.com/hardware/notebook-gpus/geforce-gt-540m/specifications

Force "Topaz Studio" to use the dedicated GPU.
