I installed the latest video driver gfx_win_101.5194_101.5252 on Huawei matebook 14 CPU i7-1165G7@2.80 Ghz 16Gb ram intel iris xe graphics, but subsequently Illustrator and Photoshop no longer recognize the video card, while if I use the latest driver 27.20.100.9565 provided by Windows everything is ok. Even the Intel driver previously distributed a few days earlier had the same problem, while with the other previous ones everything worked normally.
What could be the problem?

Have you tried downloading the graphics driver from the Huawei website? They have a customized driver for your OEM computer that may work better than the generic driver from the Intel website.
Also, could you tell me the exact model of your computer and the specific error message you see? It would also help if you could send the ssu logs and the screenshot for analysis. You can use this link to get the ssu logs: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html

The computer is a Huawei metebook 14 2021 intel i7-1165G7 ram16gb with intel iris xe graphics.
There is no driver for huawei support to download.
The last working driver is the gfx_win_101.5085_101.5122, later driver install correctly but programs such as illustrator and photoshop no longer recognize the GPU.
The microsoft video driver update are working. Only new driver from intel they don't recognize GPU from adobe software.
with and before 101.5085 never had a problem, only after the next driver
